Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Python Developer / Odoo Junior Developer. The candidate will undertake responsibilities such as developing, testing, and maintaining back-end applications using Python and Odoo frameworks. Duties include implementing software solutions, building and optimizing database structures, ensuring scalability and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance business processes. Troubleshooting and resolving software issues will also be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain applications using Python
• Customize and support Odoo ERP modules
• Design and manage MSSQL databases, queries, and reports
• Develop and maintain backend business logic and integrations
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
• Work with frontend technologies such as HTML and JavaScript
• Support existing PHP-based applications when required
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
• Troubleshoot application and database-related issues
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
