About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Network Administrator to join a leading manufacturer of landscaping products in Orangeburg, SC. This is a contract-to-hire role offering hands-on responsibility across both networking infrastructure and end-user support.



What You'll Be Doing

Network Administration

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN and WLAN infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points).
  • Maintain and repair network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) and telecom equipment.
  • Organize and maintain IDF/MDF and telecom closets.
  • Coordinate network installations with 3rd-party vendors or internal resources.
  • Monitor network systems and respond to alerts or connectivity issues.
  • Enforce network security standards and best practices.

IT & End-User Support

  • Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install software, updates, patches, and manage system imaging.
  • Track IT assets both physically and logically.
  • Assist with desk moves, adds, and hardware setup changes.


What You Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a networking environment (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
  • Experience with structured cabling, switches, routers, and wireless systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across both network and desktop environments.


Nice to Have:

  • CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with desktop imaging and asset management tools.
  • Exposure to network monitoring tools.
