The current team is lean and fast-moving, offering real ownership and visibility for product leaders.
About the Role
This is a newly created role in a dedicated growth squad focused on improving key stages of the user journey—from onboarding to retention and upsell. The successful candidate will lead discovery and experimentation efforts, working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and drive measurable outcomes.

- Identify high-impact opportunities using data, experimentation, customer insight, and market analysis
- Lead cross-functional discovery to deeply understand friction points and blockers to growth
- Design and run experiments (A/B, multivariate, etc.) to test hypotheses, validate ideas, and improve conversion
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and marketing to align goals and deliver cohesive experiences
- Build and iterate on systems that drive scalable, self-serve growth (e.g. onboarding flows, product tours, usage nudges)
- Define and track success metrics, ensuring initiatives tie back to tangible business outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a product management role with a strong focus on product-led growth, conversion optimisation, or lifecycle marketing
- A data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools and running experiments
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to tie product decisions to business impact
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working autonomously in an agile, high-growth environment
