In this role you can expect a versatile job that deals equally with hardware and software.

You will be responsible for our complete portfolio of cameras, lenses, lighting and software. All components are fully integrated in the automation system, pushing usability to the next level.

Top edge applications through synchronization with µs precision of camera and lights.

Your responsibilities

• Developing test strategies for our entire Vision portfolio
• Designing and implementing the required infrastructure for our test environment
• Engineering/programming with B&R Automation Studio
• Development of function blocks, libraries and driver functions
• Product integrations and development of automated tests
• Test and evaluation of prototypes in close cooperation with the developer
• Preparation of product documentation
  
  

Your background

• Successfully completed technical training (technical school, HTL) in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering or comparable
• Ideally sound experience in PLC programming
• Knowledge in the field of Vision and industrial cameras is of advantage
• Knowledge about C++ and/or Java is of advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player with an innovative mindset
• Enthusiasm for high-quality technical system solutions
• Good German and/or English language skills
