Job Description

• Leadership of the Business Area Core IT, including the departments Infrastructure, Client Services, DevOps, Development, and Helpdesk
• Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of group-wide IT services and systems
• Coordination and deployment planning of external partners and service providers
• Management of IT projects in close collaboration with project management
• Development and maintenance of standardized platforms, tools, and services
• Active contribution to the group-wide IT strategy and alignment of Core IT accordingly
• Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and methods
• Budget responsibility, resource planning, and license management
• Definition and implementation of IT equipment standards and corporate policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a complex IT environment
• In-depth expertise in IT infrastructure, client services, DevOps, software development, and operations
• Experience in IT project and service management as well as in collaboration with service providers
• Excellent German and English skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic strength, and strong interpersonal skills
• Decisiveness, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 6.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
