Senior Consultant – Business Transformation

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Business Transformation to join its dynamic and growing Customer & Digital practice. This is a unique opportunity to help leading organisations reimagine their customer-facing functions by delivering cutting-edge transformation across CX strategy, operating models, digital solutions, marketing, sales and service. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading customer technology engagements, supporting CRM and digital solution design and implementation
• Managing and facilitating agile and hybrid delivery projects
• Conducting workshops to gather, prioritise and document business and user requirements
• Designing and optimising business processes using Lean and process mapping techniques
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting product and solution strategy
• Driving innovation in customer-facing services and digital touchpoints
• Supporting implementation of CRM platforms and emerging technologies such as AI
• Translating customer insights and data into actionable strategies

Your Background & Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience in customer experience, product ownership, or technology-led transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Working knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Martech, CPQ and customer analytics
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio) and agile collaboration platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and support business decision-making through data-driven insights
• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a similar role is highly desirable
