We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our growing automotive design team in Rivoli. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and strategists to shape next-generation digital and physical in-vehicle experiences.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

Design UX/UI concepts for both concept and production vehicles
Develop animations and visuals to showcase HMI features and digital behaviors
Build screen flows, wireframes, and UI component libraries in Figma
Create high-quality interface animations using tools like After Effects
Design content for interior/exterior screens and lighting-based interactions
Work closely with design and engineering teams to refine the user journey
Contribute to multimodal interface strategies (touch, voice, gesture, light)
Join workshops, design sprints, reviews, and final delivery sessions

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (automotive experience is a plus)
Works confidently in Figma and animation tools (e.g., After Effects)
Has strong motion/interaction design skills for interface prototyping
Is fluent in English (other languages like Italian or Chinese are a plus)
Is a proactive team player, open to feedback, and adaptable to changes
Understands how to work under deadlines and in a collaborative setting
Is available to work on-site in Rivoli and join design-related workshops and reviews
