What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day activities and delivering HR services effectively, accurately, and on time to the region.
- Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements.
- Ensuring all operational support and procedure documentation is maintained.
- Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
- Managing HR data and the administration of documents, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.
- Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the EMEA region.
- Contribute to maintaining compliance and meeting audit requirements.
- Enhance the efficiency and scalability of HR processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of employee lifecycle management.
- Utilize technology to streamline and automate HR service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation.
- Develop best practices and operational expertise within the HR shared services.
- Master's degree in human resources or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA language is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
- Committed to continuous improvement and learning.
- Adept at leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.
- Effective communicator within and outside of your team.
- Proactive and able to work under general supervision.
