You Are:

You are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. With a master's degree in human resources or a related field, you have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. You are committed to high standards and deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day activities and delivering HR services effectively, accurately, and on time to the region.
  • Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements.
  • Ensuring all operational support and procedure documentation is maintained.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing HR data and the administration of documents, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.
  • Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the EMEA region.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance and meeting audit requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation.
  • Develop best practices and operational expertise within the HR shared services.

What You’ll Need:

  • Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA language is a plus.
