We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting process improvements and strategic initiatives for a leading banking client.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping
• Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
• Create dashboards and reports for management decision-making
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions

👤 What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a BA in banking or financial services
• Skills in data analysis and process documentation
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, SAP and BI dashboards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (Portuguese or French is a plus)
