  • Preparation and management of purchase orders and subcontractor agreements, and sourcing and negotiating project costs with suppliers and contractors.
  • Placing orders aligned with BOQs whilst adhering to project budgets.

  • Provide administration support to the project management team, whilst maintaining accurate document control and project records.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents.

  • High level of initiative, problem-solving and attention to detail, with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Well-developed time management skills, with an ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Committed to confidentiality and company policies.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support others.
  • Participate in site meetings as required.

What you'll get in return

You will be joining a rapidly expanding and supportive organisation, with a team-focused culture, a path for career development opportunities and a competitive salary negotiable based on experience.
