PROJECT MANAGER – ENTERPRISE SECURITY SYSTEMS (ACCESS CONTROL & CCTV)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: Up to €90,000 + Fully Expensed Company Car (including private mileage)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electronic security systems? We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international security integrator delivering advanced access control and CCTV solutions to some of the most secure and complex environments in Europe.

This is a key leadership role for someone ready to take full ownership of major projects from initial engagement to final handover, working closely with high-profile enterprise clients and internal delivery teams across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle management of electronic security system projects—acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risk, and drive technical excellence across all deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from pre-sales through design, delivery, commissioning, and aftercare
• Act as the trusted advisor and escalation point for clients
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project risk
• Oversee the deployment of enterprise-level access control and CCTV systems
• Ensure technical, contractual, and regulatory compliance
• Build strong working relationships across internal departments and suppliers
• Travel frequently within Germany and across EMEA as required

Essential Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in electronic security systems (access control, CCTV)
• 5+ years in project or programme management, including financial control
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Solid experience working with enterprise-level systems such as Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, CCure, Milestone, or Avigilon
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• ECS, SMSTS, or equivalent certifications
• Experience in data centres, high-security facilities, or large-scale corporate environments
