One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Welcome Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Central Park, Dublin.

Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and govern the Tech & Digital workstream within a broader platform programme. This role involves close collaboration with the Workstream Business Lead and Programme Manager to ensure successful delivery of workstream objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee workstream activities to deliver business outcomes efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology, managing change control and quality assurance.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and provide actionable insights to governance forums.
• Communicate key outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain and update detailed workstream plans and RAID logs.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with programme goals.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and financial/resource inputs.
• Support programme-level reporting and contribute to PMO activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in project management within digital or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with project governance and reporting processes.
