Join Treatwell's Global Analytics function as a Senior Analyst for Marketplace, where you'll be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across Marketing, Product, and Finance domains. Working within our two-sided marketplace connecting over 50,000 salon partners with millions of customers across 13 European markets, you'll translate complex business challenges into actionable insights that directly impact our growth trajectory.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities across our marketplace ecosystem. You'll be part of a collaborative analytics team while having the autonomy to shape how we approach marketplace analytics.
You Will Be Responsible For
Analytics & Insights
- Perform in-depth customer segmentation and audience analysis to enhance targeting strategies and drive personalisation
- Build predictive models for customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer behaviour patterns
- Analyse user behaviour across the marketplace to identify optimisation opportunities and growth levers
- Support A/B testing initiatives for product and marketing
- Identify key trends and transform complex data into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Looker covering Marketing, Product, and Finance KPIs
- Create compelling data visualizations that influence business strategy and tell clear data stories
- Develop self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to measure campaign performance, attribution modelling, and creative testing.
- Support Product teams with feature performance analysis and user behavior insights
- Partner with Finance on marketplace economics, revenue forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis in our Redshift environment
- Work with various analytical tools including Mixpanel and Customer Data Platforms
- Ensure data quality and implement best practices for analytical methodologies
- Contribute to the development of our analytics infrastructure and processes
Technical Skills
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience in large-scale data environments (Redshift preferred)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modelling techniques (regression, clustering, predictive analytics)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Looker strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and experimental design principles
- Knowledge of customer data platforms and CRM systems
- Proven track record in a senior analyst role, preferably within marketplace or e-commerce environments
- Experience with marketing analytics including attribution modelling, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation
- Strong background in customer analytics, LTV modelling, and behavioral analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into analytical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments supporting multiple business domains
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer services industry
- Background in two-sided marketplace analytics
