IT Project Manager

Our team focuses primarily on innovative Logistics and AI topics, which optimizes daily tasks and helps our clients to automate their day-to-day operations. In doing that we also aims to build products and frameworks. As this is a real development of the business needs, it comes with some uncertainty. In this role, you will

• Manage end-to-end IT multi-projects
• Be responsible for project scope, timeline, budget, communication, and overall customer success
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
• Create requirements and communicate them to development team
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by communicating expertise and professional mindset with colleagues

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in IT project management within a software development company, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
• Knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering and analysis
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution
• Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team memebers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
