What You Will Get To Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# and .NET Framework 4.5+
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards in accordance with SS&C development policies
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and oversight
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and other developers within Agile/Waterfall hybrid SDLC
• Enhance and refactor existing applications for performance and maintainability
• Act as a technical liaison between onshore and offshore teams when required
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions, especially around legacy modernization

What You Will Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, especially .NET Framework 4.5+
• Solid experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, WCF, XML
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views)
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as MSTest or xUnit
• Strong understanding of Dependency Injection (Autofac) and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor, troubleshoot and take ownership of solutions
