Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an "Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master" for our client, a top service provider renowned for trading and refurbishing used technology, such as cellphones and laptops. This company is dedicated to assisting manufacturers with sustainable practices and plays a significant role in reducing new tech expenses on a global scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving the delivery of complex Agile projects across onshore and offshore teams. You'll lead cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage delivery timelines, and ensure alignment between product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of Agile Project Management/Scrum Master experience

Proven success leading large, cross-functional Agile teams

Strong experience using Jira and Atlassian tools

Skilled in stakeholder management, dependency tracking, and release planning

Confident communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills

Experience across the full Agile development lifecycle

Understanding of Continuous Delivery and DevOps culture

Experience launching live products in a fast-paced tech environment

Nice to Have

PMP or other Project Management certifications

Experience managing Scrum of Scrums

Background in cloud-first environments, especially AWS

Familiarity with Figma and Atlassian portfolio tools

Prior experience in the mobile or consumer tech sector

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery across multiple Scrum teams

Plan, execute, and close Agile projects from end to end

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retros, etc.)

Align product roadmaps, epics, and releases with business outcomes

Work closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and MVP delivery

Track project health using Jira and generate portfolio-level reports

Identify risks, remove delivery blockers, and ensure sprint success

Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

Ensure clear communication, delivery visibility, and client satisfaction

Champion Agile and DevOps practices, with security-first thinking
