We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic & UX/UI Designer to join our growing creative team.

- Bring ideas to life across branding, UX/UI, print, and digital, always rooted in strategy, story, and strong creative thinking.
- Collaborate with strategy, content, and tech teams to conceptualize impactful design systems that drive meaning and engagement.
- Stay ahead of the curve, researching design trends, emerging technologies, and storytelling formats that elevate the work.
- Shape user-centric experiences from wireframes to polished UI, balancing functionality with emotional and visual resonance.
- Direct and lead creative brainstorming sessions, contributing not just visuals but big ideas and narratives that spark.
- Uphold brand consistency, establishing and evolving visual standards across touchpoints.
- Oversee end-to-end design output, from concept development to execution, ensuring high standards across all deliverables.
- Support campaign and content strategy, aligning storytelling, copy, visuals, and UX to drive impact.
- Lead and mentor junior creatives, helping grow the team’s design and storytelling muscle.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and how to bring it to life visually and interactively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, editorial design, UX/UI, and cross-platform campaigns.
- Comfort across both conceptual design and detailed production.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Curious, agile, and always pushing to make the work smarter, sharper, and more meaningful.
- Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or working closely with developers is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization and interactive reporting is a big advantage.
- 6+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on digital-first campaigns and brand storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and design tools within Office 365
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print work, including brand identity, concept design, annual reports, infographics, eBooks, brochures, and integrated campaigns
