We’re looking for a designer who understands how products work, how users think, and how design can bring clarity to complex ideas. Someone who can blend strong UX thinking with polished, modern UI. Someone who enjoys collaborating with strategy, content, and technology teams to bring digital experiences to life.

At Spark, design is about meaning. It’s about intention. It’s about building products and platforms that feel simple, useful, and human.

If that resonates with you, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • You will design user flows, journeys, and structures that make digital platforms easy to navigate.
  • You will create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for websites, apps, dashboards, and digital systems.
  • You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handovers and accurate implementation.
  • You will build and refine design systems and component libraries that bring consistency to every product.
  • You will work with strategy and content teams to turn business requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • You will participate in product discussions, shaping ideas and proposing solutions grounded in UX principles.
  • You will stay curious and explore new patterns, technologies, and design approaches that elevate the work.

Skills

  • You understand UX fundamentals and know how to design interfaces that feel natural and effortless.
  • You are confident in UI design and have an eye for modern layouts, typography, hierarchy, and spacing.
  • You can think in systems and enjoy building reusable components and structured design libraries.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
  • You are able to simplify complex information and present it in a clean, focused way.
  • You are organized, thoughtful, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Three years or more of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
  • A portfolio that shows real product work, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience designing for both mobile and responsive web.
  • Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise UX is a plus.
  • Motion or micro-interaction experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of development processes is helpful but not required.
