AI Product Owner

My name is Asta Bagdonaviciene and I’m looking for AI Product Owner in AI & Analytics Team. This role is crucial to driving disruptive change through AI technologies and will involve leading digitalization and automation projects across various units at Telia Lietuva.

As an AI Product Owner, you’ll…

…take full responsibility for the AI roadmap and key results delivery by leveraging strong organizational skills to manage company-wide digitalization projects. You will act as a visionary, staying up-to-date with market trends and exploring new AI innovations. You’ll manage stakeholders by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders: AI engineers, analysts, business teams, and vendors to identify opportunities for process automation. You will oversee vendor relationships, continuously scouting and managing AI vendors. Throughout, you will be result-driven and focused on implementing practical changes that drive organizational improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

The suitable candidate will have strong project management skills to lead high-scale innovation projects, with 3+ years of relevant experience. An innovation mindset and willingness to try out new technologies will be key, along with a conceptual understanding of AI technologies. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility will be essential to thrive in a rapidly evolving AI innovations environment. The ability to act under uncertainty and navigate high-change situations will contribute to success in this role. A passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI advancements is highly valued. A track record of working with AI projects would be considered an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3900- 5860 Eur before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
