Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst a.i. to support the multi-country rollout of a Workforce Management (WFM) solution. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, validating system configurations, and ensuring smooth go-lives across several European countries. You will collaborate closely with local teams and the implementation partner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical design, ensuring the final solution meets operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Capture, document, and translate local payroll and workforce management requirements into system terms for the implementation partner.
• Validate solution design and configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with local policies.
• Plan and lead UAT activities, including test case coordination, defect management, and sign-offs.
• Act as the HR/WFM team representative during deployment phases, ensuring readiness and smooth transitions for each country.
• Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare and ongoing improvements, while maintaining clear documentation of configuration rationale.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Business Analyst A.i. Will Have

• Proven expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, ideally with hands-on knowledge of UKG and leave/time tracking processes.
• Experience with multi-country HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Strong background (5+ years preferred) in large-scale HR technology implementations, with the ability to challenge implementation partners.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across HR, payroll, and compliance, with strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and aligning technical and business teams effectively.
