Project Manager

What you will do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT development projects. You will gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans, manage development lifecycles, and coordinate teams to ensure timely and high-quality results.

You will work with a dynamic and cross-functional team including developers, testers, and key stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and heavily focused on compliance, quality, and security. You’ll be expected to maintain constant alignment between project deliverables and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear specifications.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all phases of the development process.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating clear communication across all stakeholders and ensuring transparency on project progress and changes.
• Managing quality control through ongoing evaluations, feedback sessions, and milestone checks.
• Driving delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.

What you’ll bring

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within IT or software development.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT systems and development processes
• Solid experience with Jira for project tracking
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance

• Experience working in agile or hybrid methodologies

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

This is a 12 months contract + extension
