We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives for a major banking client, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage stakeholders across business and IT teams
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment on project scope
• Implement process improvements and track KPIs
• Report project status to senior management and sponsors

👤 What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Management, IT, Finance, or similar
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in banking or financial services
• Understanding of project management methodologies (i.e Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
• Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
