Business Consulting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consulting Manager with deep expertise in Industry 4.0 to lead strategic transformation projects for our industrial and manufacturing clients. You will be working to develop digital transformation strategies, drive business consulting initiatives, and equip senior clients with the tools to navigate Industry 4.0, supply chain optimization, warehouse automation, and robotics-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives, from initial assessment through strategy development to implementation and optimization.
• Developing growth strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses (CBA) for large-scale transformation projects
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and align digital initiatives with operational goals.
• Develop and present business cases for investment in smart manufacturing, IoT, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, building internal capabilities and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or digital strategy, with a focus on Industry 4.0 or industrial innovation.
• Deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies such as IoT, MES, SCADA, AI/ML, robotics, and digital twins.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Great English communication skills
