Project Support Associate /Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the client and the internal project management team to help support the success of a study in any way possible
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken
  • Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure that all Fisher Clinical activities come together in a timely manner to meet the customer and study requirements
  • Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure that all services and products are ready for the start of the study
  • Gets results through the use of appropriate project planning tools to communicate achievements and critical path activities and responsibilities
  • Creates or supports creation of operational documentation using internal systems
  • Provides back-up support to the Project Team
  • Collects all information on a study design
  • Applies GXP in all areas of responsibility

Your qualification:

  • You have excellent interpersonal and planning skills, ability to analyses and define solutions, handle multiple tasks.
  • You are a strong and effective communicator with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
  • You are skilled in developing good customer relationships; you anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • You speak English fluently, a good level of German is desireable
  • Experience in using project planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project and systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise)
