Job Title: Head of IT

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-regional IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and security.

Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

• Oversee IT infrastructure across trading platforms, networks, and cloud environments.
• Ensure the implementation of robust cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance (FCA/GDPR/ISO).
• Manage disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and incident response.

IT Operations & Support

• Lead the IT support function, including helpdesk operations, to ensure smooth day-to-day IT service delivery.
• Monitor and improve system uptime, reliability, and performance across all business units.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and audit teams to mitigate risks and ensure data privacy.

Project & Vendor Management

• Drive key projects such as system migrations, platform integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships, procurement, and third-party integrations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably within regulated financial services or fintech.
• Proven track record managing IT functions in multi-region environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and MetaTrader or equivalent trading technologies.
• Familiarity with ITSM/IT governance standards such as ITIL or COBIT.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading international IT teams and managing strategic tech roadmaps.
