As a Full Stack Developer with a backend focus, you’ll join our Operational Excellence team to build and maintain the essential tools, systems, and workflows that power our internal operations. You’ll be at the forefront of automating and optimizing processes for our Finance, and AML teams, ensuring stability, security, and compliance across our internal platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems that support internal stakeholders, focusing on operational tools and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with Finance and AML teams to maintain and streamline workflows, ensuring compliance and operational stability.
• Create and manage integrations with internal functions (Finance, AML, Operations) to drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement improvements to make internal tools more efficient and secure.
• Collaborate on tools and portals used internally, focusing on backend development but remaining flexible to work on front-end aspects as needed.
