Project Planner – Life Science Projects

Our client, a leading life science provider, is seeking a Project Planner to manage scheduling for large-scale construction projects. Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, you will maintain project timelines, lead meetings, and ensure progress and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Lead schedule review meetings
  • Collaborate with teams, clients, and contractors
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Improve planning processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in EPC project planning, preferably in pharma/biotech
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant engineering fields
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
