Project Manager (PM) – Data Center Development

Role Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end execution of the data center project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals related to technology, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies for approvals and updates
• Monitor budget and cash flow, mitigating risks and delays
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Ensure all documentation and reporting meets compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years managing large-scale infrastructure projects, mandatory data centers experience
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors
• PMP, ATD, CDCP or equivalent certification.
• Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Execution Team and directly to the Head of DC Department

Salary Range

30,000 – 40,000 AED
