PMO Transformation Manager

We have partnered with a leading multinational organisation embarking on a wide-reaching business transformation to hire a PMO Transformation Manager. This strategic role will play a critical part in shaping and maturing PMO capabilities to support the successful delivery of complex, cross-border change initiatives.

Your focus won't be on managing delivery itself, but on creating the structures, insights, and controls that enable effective execution across a diverse programme portfolio.

About the role:

• Help design and embed a centralised PMO model to support large-scale transformation efforts across multiple business units and regions

• Establish governance structures, standardised reporting, and portfolio management tools to bring clarity and consistency

• Track programme health, dependencies, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Provide senior leadership with accurate, data-driven insights to support decision-making

• Identify gaps, escalate challenges, and drive continuous improvement in portfolio oversight

• Champion accountability and support a culture of transparency across all change programmes

About you:

• Extensive experience in PMO leadership or programme assurance roles, ideally within multinational or matrixed organisations

• Deep understanding of portfolio governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting

• Confident working in evolving environments where processes and structures are still maturing

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
