YOUR ROLE

As part of one of our Scrum teams, you will be working on our cutting-edge applications that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The AQA/C# Engineer role is integral to develop and maintain applications that align with our strategic vision. A key focus of this role will be leveraging your extensive commercial experience with OnBase to create new features and extending the functionality of our application. This experience is critical for streamlining our document management systems and optimizing workflow efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• Have a good knowledge of .NET 4.7 (AQA .NET experience is also fine)
• Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience
• Show knowledge of concepts and methods related to analysis, design, and implementation in an object-oriented environment, specifically SOLID, Design Patterns
• Demonstrate practical experience in Agile development in a SCRUM environment
• Fast learning (as this project requires OnBase upskilling)
• Show the ability to be a self-starter and a good team player
• Upper intermediate level of English with excellent all-around communication skills

• Have commercial experience with OnBase development and/or workflows

YOUR TASKS

• Extending the functionality of our existing OnBase applications, creating/supporting/testing new features to enhance user experience and meet evolving business needs
• Collaborating closely with our architect to implement design decisions and ensure architectural integrity, defining the concept and design of software components to create and enhance present and future applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a diverse and multicultural environment to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Working with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical project or product design
