Project Manager – Enterprise Telephony Rollouts | Hybrid | Melbourne

We are partnering with a leading broadband solutions provider that delivers cutting-edge voice, data, and connectivity services to enterprise and government clients across Australia. With a strong reputation for reliable infrastructure and tailored solutions, the company is continuing to expand its presence within the enterprise telephony space.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Melbourne to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise phone system rollouts. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while working closely with technical teams and enterprise customers to ensure seamless implementation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage full project lifecycle for enterprise phone system rollouts [including planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and delivery]
• Lead deployments of systems such as Mytel, NEC, and Alcatel into complex enterprise environments
• Work cross-functionally with internal engineers, vendors, and client-side project teams
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans
• Provide clear reporting and updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise voice/telephony projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Mytel, NEC, Alcatel or similar phone system technologies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project streams in parallel
• Background working in broadband, telco, or managed services environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
