The role

We are looking for a Warsaw based HR professional to join our EMEA HR Manager in providing the region with an amazing employee experience!

The ideal candidate has solid experience in HR operations coordination to ensure smooth processing and handling of each step of the employees lifecycle.

You will be reporting to the EMEA HR Manager and act as the first contact point for the country offices to provide operational HR service, working in the business context and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of assigned EMEA HR operations aimed at improving internal service quality and client satisfaction;
  2. Streamline all HR policies, procedures and control and manage HR operations and vendors;
  3. Offer day to day HR advice and handle employees/managers enquires on HR policies/procedures and benefits etc.;
  4. Assist in covering the full Lifecycle of HR management from Recruiting/Onboarding/Training/Contract Management/Staff Communications/Compliance Management/Employee Relations to Termination etc.;
  5. Participate global level HR projects as required;
  6. Support visa and expatriate’s management and payroll management administration ;
  7. Partner with business leaders to drive the people and organisation agenda if needed; ensure aligning your work, initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and strategy;
  8. Other ad hoc HR tasks;


Requirements:

  • Proven at least 5+ years’ experience of in-depth knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and knowledge of employment law;
  • Detailed and process-driven personality with proven experience in HR Operations
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international, generalist HR role within a fast-moving changing environment;
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, Chinese is a plus;
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management will be very beneficial;
  • Experience in handling highly sensitive, confidential information and situations;
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of leaders and employees;
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently to deliver results;
