Key responsibilities

Our client’s Digital Solutions & Analytics implementation department is responsible for configuring and delivering Crew and Operations management products to airline customers worldwide. The solutions help optimize crew members’ work schedules and aircraft utilization, solving some of the most complex optimization challenges in the industry.

Each implementation project involves a team of 5–10 specialists working closely with airline clients to adapt the product to their business needs and ensure a smooth go-live. You will be part of a highly skilled, international team that values collaboration, learning, and diversity.

You will:

• Develop and maintain backend functionalities for crew access and crew exchange solutions
• Configure and adapt software solutions to meet airline customers’ business needs
• Collaborate with clients and multiple departments to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Handle programming tasks, solve technical challenges, and build long-term customer relations
• Participate in mob programming, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Provide support for customer issues

Ideal candidate profile

• Strong experience in backend development (Java, Python)
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, Unix, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in an agile team and collaborating directly with clients and end users
• Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to ask for guidance

Work Model: Hybrid (Mondays and Tuesdays in the office)
