We’re seeking a highly experienced Head of UX/UI Design to drive strategic design across digital products. You’ll lead end-to-end UX and UI - from user research and strategy to high-fidelity design and delivery, with a strong impact mindset. In addition to hands-on execution, you'll support our team and help shape design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery, setting vision and design strategy aligned with business and user needs
• Define and validate user personas, journeys, and interaction patterns through user research and analytics
• Drive high-level decision-making, providing strategic influence and advocating for design-led product outcomes
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI components in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Ensure visual consistency across products - adhering to design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Mentor our team, supporting skill growth, feedback sessions, and knowledge sharing
• Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, methodologies, and accessibility practices
• Actively advocate for user-centered design and iterate on workflows to raise overall team design maturity

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally including senior leadership on multiple product cycles
• Expertise in tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Framer, or others
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction patterns, and WCAG accessibility standards
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX work—personas, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for web and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work independently, lead design initiatives, and mentor others in a fast-paced environment.
