We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Middle/Senior HR Generalist/HRD/Senior HR Business Partner/People to join our team. As an Middle/Senior HR Generalist/HRD/Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a versatile professional who can collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional support to employees and management.


Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and offer letters.

Build HR department from scratch oriented on business needs and goals in bank/fintech/Web3 product Company;

Build Motivation, C&B system, KPI, OKR;

Conduct new employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company culture and PDP

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and other work-related issues;

Assist with payroll processing and resolve any related issues;

Assist managers with the performance review process, ensuring reviews are completed on time and objectives are met;

Build attractive HR Brand;

Manage people in HR department and other teams;

Communication with CEO, Stockholders and TOP Managers, C-level specialists;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;

Providing HR audit and reports.


What you need to have:

2-5 years of experience in IT HR, with a focus on generalist/HRD functions.

Experience in Product Company

Experience in Bank/Fintech

High understanding of Business processes and goals;

Ability to build HR department from scratch;

Experience with AI;

Experience in HR Automation;

Experience in HR metrics and analytics;

Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and employee benefits administration;

Experience of building KPI's, OKR, PDP;

Ability to organize Corporate Events, Team buildings for remote tech team;

Experience in HR brand;

Strong Managerial and soft skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

Upper-Intermediate English.

Experience in Product Crypto/blockchain Web3 companies will be a plus;

Experience in Holding - group of Companies will be a plus;
