FREELANCE ROLE

Role Overview:

For Protiviti, we are seeking a Senior Capex Project Manager to lead the preparation phase for a feasibility study on a large-scale mechanized fulfilment center. This includes updating existing designs and business cases, identifying feasibility scenarios, defining evaluation criteria, and preparing the project and resourcing plan for a Q4 launch.

You will report to the Head of Infrastructure Development and work with a core team including a concept lead, process engineer, and analyst, alongside key stakeholders from Logistics Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh existing concept, design, and business case
• Identify key business drivers and scenario options
• Define scoring criteria and feasibility work packages
• Develop a clear plan and resourcing for the feasibility phase
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and communication

Requirements:

• 8+ years in large-scale, asset-heavy Capex projects (e.g., warehousing, logistics)
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment and logistics service providers
• Strong stakeholder management, including board-level communication
• Proven success managing 3+ large Capex projects
• Experience with tenders, contracts, and SLA management
• Academic-level education (WO)
• Comfortable in Agile/product-driven environments
