Human Resources Specialist

As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a motivated and detail-priented Junior Human Resources Specialist working with our internal team!

What you'll do:

• Take part in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles,
• Publish job ads and manage incoming applications, screen CVs and identify suitable candidates,
• Actively source and headhunt candidates through platforms like LinkedIn,
• Conduct initial interviews and assist with interview coordination,
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process,
• Support internal HR operations, including tracking leaves, attendance, and performance conversations,
• Be a point of contact for internal talents,
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation,

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Up to 1 year of experience in HR or related internships
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
