Role Profile

We are seeking strong candidates with advanced analytics skills to join our Data Science team, focusing on Finance & Banking Consulting. In this role, you will design, build and deploy machine learning and statistical models to address customer segmentation, CRM optimization, fraud detection, risk management, and other critical challenges in banking. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and consultants to translate complex financial problems into analytical solutions, ensuring models are production-ready and aligned with real-world requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data at massive scale; design, develop, and deploy robust ML/AI models for banking use cases.
• Work directly with customer business units and consultants to understand data needs and translate them into actionable analytics.
• Implement integrated monitoring of model performance (accuracy, drift, latency) and establish retraining pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, engineers, and business consultants on presales activities—crafting proposals, PoCs, and demos.
• Communicate development progress and results clearly, tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quickly adapt to working on diverse banking projects—ranging from CRM analytics to fraud and risk modelling.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in data science, MLOps, and analytics strategy.

General Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• ≥ 5 years hands-on experience with ML & AI model development and deployment.
• ≥ 3 years in Bank CRM, Customer Analytics, or related financial services analytics roles.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Experience with analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
• Solid object-oriented programming practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML (e.g., Git, Jenkins, MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Deep understanding of banking processes: CRM, customer segmentation, risk management, fraud detection.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
