Role Profile

We are seeking Senior AI Engineers who are passionate about agentic AI systems, llm adaptation, and real-world deployments. The role is hands-on and research-driven, blending model engineering with system design. You will work on data analysis, large-scale generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced NLP/vision applications that power next-generation enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

Academic & Professional Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial/Mathematics Engineering, or related fields (MS/PhD preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on experience in applied data science or AI engineering, with at least 2+ years in llm or agentic AI development.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs/VLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemma, Mistral, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and ecosystem (chat/completions, embeddings, fine-tuning, tool-calling), and ability to integrate them into agentic workflows.
• Practical expertise with LangGraph (or equivalent frameworks) for multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with vLLM, PEFT/LoRA, and parameter-efficient tuning for scalable and cost-effective deployment.
• Strong background in NLP use-cases (summarization, QA, information extraction, topic clustering, retrieval-augmented generation).
• Experience in agentic AI systems (MCP, A2A protocols, tool-calling, autonomous decision making).
• Familiarity with multi-modal AI (text, image, structured data) and vision-language models.
• Proficiency in FastAPI for serving models and integrating agentic workflows into production systems.
• Expertise in working with structured databases (SQL/Postgres), unstructured data systems (NoSQL), and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Cloud & distributed computing experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP). GPU programming knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Docker and containerized deployments, enabling scalable and portable AI/agentic systems across environments.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, data engineering, and knowledge graphs preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy advanced agentic AI systems, orchestrating LLMs, tools, and workflows using LangGraph, MCP, and agent frameworks.
• Implement parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA) and optimize LLM/VLM inference using vLLM for production use-cases.
• Develop next-gen NLP and multimodal solutions: summarization, retrieval-augmented QA, creative content generation, intelligent copilots, compliance automation, and more.
• Architect A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols for collaborative multi-agent ecosystems.
• Build and serve AI solutions via FastAPI, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise-grade integration.
• Design data pipelines for structured, unstructured, and vector data stores, ensuring efficient retrieval and grounding for AI agents.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and UX teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical knowledge sharing (trainings, mentoring, best practices) to elevate the AI team’s capabilities.
• Evaluate state-of-the-art AI research and translate into deployable solutions for enterprise environments.
