Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist

We're looking for an ambitious and talented Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist to join our high-performing BI team at Hepsiemlak. You'll play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable business insights, leveraging both traditional BI methods and advanced analytical techniques.

Your Responsibilities

• Data Warehouse & ETL Development: Design and build data models, datamarts, dimensions, facts, and cubes. You will also develop robust data flow processes using ETL tools like SSIS to integrate data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Advanced Analytics & Business Insight: Go beyond standard reporting to discover deep business insights. You will conduct in-depth data analysis, customer segmentation, and profiling to provide recommendations that directly impact cross-sell, up-sell, acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and create compelling reports and dashboards for business units using tools like Power BI. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and continuity of our BI structure, including supporting daily operations and creating ad-hoc reports for campaign management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or MIS.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of database tools, especially MSSQL/TSQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse modeling principles.
• Experience with ETL tools (preferably SSIS), SSAS, and reporting/visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
• Advanced Analytics & ML Skills:
• Experience with data mining techniques and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python for data manipulation and statistical modeling is a plus.
