Job Summary

Data Analytics:

• Design and maintain data systems and databases.
• Extract data from primary and secondary sources, and reorganize it into easily readable formats for humans or machines.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Perform data quality assessment and meaningful analysis.
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets to aid diagnosis and forecasting.
• Prepare reports for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
• Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and industry.
• Collaborate with teams such as marketing and IT to identify process improvements, recommend system changes, and support data governance policies.
• Document data analysis processes clearly to allow replication by other team members.
• Assist marketing teams with campaign segmentation and analysis based on data insights.
• Define KPIs for campaigns and monitor performance against these metrics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to enhance data capture and improve customer behavior analysis.
• Monitor and report fraudulent activities.

Key Requirements

1. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
2. Preferably skilled in Python and R programming languages.
3. Expertise in advanced Excel functions and data manipulation.
4. Minimum qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analytics.
5. Prior experience as a data analyst on an ecommerce platform is a strong advantage.
