Are you passionate about people, organisation, and creating a great employee experience from day one? ClearView is looking for a proactive, detail-loving, and solutions-focused individual to step into the vital role of People & Culture and Talent Acquisition Coordinator.


In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our People & Culture (P&C) team—supporting everything from recruitment to onboarding, HR admin, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior P&C Business Partner to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes, and that every candidate and employee enjoys a seamless, positive experience.


What You’ll Be Doing:

P&C Administration:

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee letters for lifecycle events, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
  • Manage the P&C and Talent Acquisition shared inboxes, responding to enquiries promptly and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and files, including intranet content and HRIS data
  • Support wider team with HR projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems
  • Support wellbeing initiatives, ergonomic assessments, flu vaccination coordination coordination of WHS activities and reward and recognition platform administration
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Coordinator to ensure data integrity across P&C systems
  • Coordinate with Payroll team to ensure the timely and accurate pay of all employees with any necessary changes captured


Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment activities such as drafting and posting job advertisements, Linkedin Recruiter boolean search activity, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and facilitating interviews, preparing offer documentation, and ensuring thorough background/reference checking is completed.
  • Maintain and manage ATS system, Job Adder to ensure up to date and accurate data.
  • Onboard new starters into P&C systems, issue new starter surveys and provide insights to ensure continuous improvement with ClearView’s onboarding experience.
  • Support learning and development activities such as new starter induction


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with cyclical People and Culture projects
  • Other activities as directed by the Talent Manager and Senior P&C Business Partner

  • Government and regulatory bodies, EAP providers, Reward and Recognition vendors, HRIS/ATS vendors, recruitment agencies, candidates, auditors

  • People & Culture team, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, all staff at ClearView


Qualifications Required

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred
  • Financial Services/Insurance industry experience preferred


Attributes or Skills Required

  • You’re super organised, with sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • You have a natural service mindset—friendly, responsive, and people-first
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, BambooHR, JobAdder or other relevant platforms)
  • Strong relationship management, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude, and solutions‑focused
  • Ability to deliver tasks effectively and accurately within short timeframes.
  • Ability to prioritse competing tasks effective, knowing when to escalate issues
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ideally, you will come from insurance or financial services industry but this is not essential
