Functional Analyst Cost Control

🎯 Context

As part of the strategic New Cost Model IT initiative, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to support the development and implementation of a new cost model for IT services. The assignment will be carried out in close collaboration with a Project Manager and another senior analyst profile.

🧩 Main Responsibilities

Work in tandem with a senior colleague to:

• Design and structure the content of the new cost model (e.g. drivers, IT rebilling logic, cost allocations to clients)
• Document infrastructure components (e.g. INO, workstation inventory)
• Define and implement governance frameworks (principles, roles, responsibilities)
• Produce dashboards and prepare content for steering meetings
• Manage planning and track deliverables
• Contribute to tooling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare structured documentation and ensure content alignment across different topics

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior functional/business analyst, ideally in cost control or financial IT transformation
• Strong understanding of IT and its cost structures
• Ability to structure complex information, plan effectively, and collaborate across teams
• Experience in drafting documentation and presentation materials (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent communication and reporting skills in English, French or Dutch
• Hands-on attitude with strong ownership, rigor, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Availability to start in September 2025
