IT Project Manager – Drive Strategic IT Transformation

• Your Mission

You’ll lead the successful delivery of multiple IT projects—ranging from infrastructure and security upgrades to software implementations—ensuring alignment with strategic goals, architectural standards, and security policies. Your focus: delivering value, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in at every step.

• What You’ll Be Doing

Project Leadership & Execution

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Apply structured project management controls: gate reviews, risk logs, action tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with architectural direction, non-functional requirements, and security standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Transformation Leads, IT Architects, Product Owners, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with international teams to modernize infrastructure and support agile development.
• Balance priorities with the Transformation Office and manage resource planning.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate clearly and regularly with business and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates, steerco materials, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure smooth handover from project to operational mode.

• What You Bring

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including matrix environments.
• Proven track record in infrastructure/security and software delivery projects.
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Prince2 preferred), Agile/Scrum, and ITIL.
• Experience with tools like MS Project Online, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong command of English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Background in finance/insurance is a strong asset.
