Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist who will assist our customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve financial systems in one of Europe's most exciting Bitcoin companies.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions in a clear and friendly way.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to improving support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation.
• Act as a voice of the customer by reporting recurring issues and suggesting improvements.
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• German language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and stay organized under pressure.
• Interest in Bitcoin and AI is a plus.
