Full Stack Tech Lead

Fullstack Tech Lead - Oslo

We're looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead to join a growing in-house development team working on digital products used widely across Norway’s public and private sectors.

You’ll be part of a small, agile team where technical decisions are made quickly, and your input will directly shape product direction, from API design to architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical architecture and development across .NET (Core/MVC), MS SQL and React
• Design APIs and build integrations with external systems (REST, JSON, XML, GraphQL)
• Develop self-service tools and booking solutions for enterprise customers
• Take ownership of security and infrastructure decisions (Auth0, DevOps/Azure)
• Work with CMS, CRM, BI, event and finance tools
• Contribute to agile, cross-functional teams and explore new tech

Key Requirements

• 5–8+ years’ experience as a fullstack or backend developer
• Strong with .NET, comfortable with frontend frameworks (React ideal)
• Familiar with Azure DevOps and modern deployment pipelines
• Proactive, collaborative, and product-minded
