Network Engineer - NOC Engineer

Are you ready to be the eyes and ears of a mission-critical enterprise network? We’re on the hunt for a Technology Operations Center (TOC) Engineer, a sharp, proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure environments and loves keeping complex systems running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first responder to network alerts and incidents — minimizing downtime is your superpower
• Troubleshoot hardware hiccups, configuration puzzles, and connectivity snags at L1 level
• Escalate wisely — know when to call in backup
• Monitor the health of our network using cutting-edge tools and keep the team informed
• Dive into data traffic to pinpoint bottlenecks and boost performance
• Collaborate with IT and Network teams to keep everything smooth and seamless
• Deliver sharp reports that help shape strategic decisions

Your Toolkit:

• 4–5 years in a network admin/engineering role (preferably at enterprise scale)
• Expert in TCP/IP, FHRP, Cisco Routers/Switches, Nexus, and dynamic routing protocols
• Skilled with MPLS WAN, distributed architecture, and data center infrastructure
• Confident with ticketing systems (like ServiceNow) and escalation protocols
• Solid grasp of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP

Bonus Skills (Not a deal-breaker, but definitely cool to have):

• Wireless LAN, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, F5 LTM, Aruba SD-WAN
• Certifications: CCNA or CCNP? Even better!
