Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to help build adaptive, intelligent systems that go beyond traditional software.

What you will do:

• Work on projects that blend modern engineering with state-of-the-art AI- including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and tool-using agents.
• Design and implement AI-first applications that scale, learn, and evolve- not just respond.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and clients to explore problems and shape solutions.
• You'll be empowered to drive experimentation, propose architecture, and see your ideas move into production.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and propose innovative solutions.
• Share your knowledge and mentor others in the company.

We don't expect mastery in every area, but we would like if you have hands-on experience with many of the following:

• AI/LLM Platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google (Gemini), etc.
• Cloud AI: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, etc.
• Languages: Python, TypeScript, Java, etc. (tool-agnostic approach is the key).
• Supporting Tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Vector DBs.

• Understand how AI changes the shape of software- and design systems around it.
• Balance speed with clarity, and experimentation with product value.
• Have great collaboration and communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Are curious, strategic, and motivated by real-world impact.
• Have Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Have excellent spoken and written English. Estonian language is a plus.
