Senior Digital Project Manager – Global Digital Transformation

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex digital transformation initiative on a global scale. This role will be instrumental in orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of key digital products and platforms, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Project Delivery

• Lead the delivery of multiple digital workstreams within a wider transformation programme.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and success criteria.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, integrations, and enhancements across global markets.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with global stakeholders across business, digital, and technology functions to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Act as the key point of contact for delivery progress, issues, and decisions.
• Drive consensus, manage expectations, and ensure business readiness for change.

Agile Delivery & Governance

• Drive agile delivery practices across teams – sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners, UX/UI teams, and technical leads to ensure seamless execution.
• Report on delivery metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain programme governance.

Resource & Vendor Management

• Oversee internal and external delivery teams to ensure output meets quality and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate work across global delivery hubs, third-party vendors, and technology partners.
• Ensure vendor performance is tracked, issues are escalated appropriately, and value is delivered.

Change Enablement & Adoption

• Support change enablement activities to ensure adoption of new digital tools, services, and platforms.
• Partner with communications and training teams to roll out user engagement strategies.
• Monitor feedback and usage to refine delivery and enhance value post-launch.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in digital project or programme delivery roles, ideally in global or enterprise-scale environments.
• Extensive experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions or business units.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud-based services, APIs, data integration, and user experience delivery.
• Solid grounding in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Adept at managing technical and non-technical stakeholders, with clear communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and delivery partners.
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and similar delivery platforms.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master desirable.
