The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

What You Will Do

• Design seamless, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile e-commerce platforms
• Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey in a transactional retail environment
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and performant UX/UI solutions
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of design systems tailored for global e-commerce
• Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to key user flows like product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase
• Work closely with product managers, developers, digital marketers, and analytics teams
• Advocate for data-informed design through A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics
• Contribute to sprint planning and collaborate within agile teams
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of UX/UI experience, with proven track record in e-commerce or fashion/retail sectors
• Strong understanding of e-commerce UX principles (navigation, filtering, PDP, cart, checkout, etc.)
• Experience with designing for conversion, personalization, and customer retention
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design for high-traffic digital platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, personas, and customer journey mapping
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and interpreting user behavior through analytics
• Good grasp of content strategy and information architecture
• Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and motion design tools (e.g. After Effects)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Self-driven, well-organized, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
